It’s nice
I accidentally ordered the wrong kind of panels, but Hayley from the customer service team helped me get the correct panels, so I can now use my All Stars Duo for my twins. I love this playpen, and it made my life so much easier.
Doesn't fit!!!
I must say a duo pannels are amazing and cheap to buy and very sturdy. But when I brought the wrong pannels the company got back to me the next day when I returned the pannels back they sent the right ones for next day delivery really good service they have to would recommend
Playpen, panels and mats made of high quality and durable materials, safe for babies and have lovely colours. Very Happy with my purchase. I ordered extention parts for a different model (wasn’t aware there were 2 different models od playpen), but Venture customer service resolved that issue very quickly and instructed warehouse to send the right parts which came quite fast. Very professional and kind service. My twins love the playpen! Thank you again!
