Order Cancellations 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form or email us at hello@venture-baby.com, quoting your order number.

  • Before dispatch: We will do our best to cancel your order and issue a full refund promptly.
  • After dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to follow our standard returns process once the item has been delivered to you.

We process orders quickly, so please get in touch immediately if you wish to cancel.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is straightforward — just follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us Submit a return request via our Contact Form or email hello@venture-baby.com. Please include: Your order number The item(s) you wish to return The reason for your return

Step 2 — Receive Your Return Authorisation (RA) Code Our customer service team will review your request and issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) code. Please do not send any items back before receiving this code, as unidentified returns may cause delays to your refund.

Step 3 — Pack & Ship Your Return Once you have your RA code, securely package your item(s) to prevent damage in transit. Clearly write your RA code on the outside of the package and send your return to:

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 4 — Inspection & Refund Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If all criteria are met, we will process your refund within 7 working days to your original payment method.

Please note: Orders placed separately (with unique order reference numbers) must be returned separately. Combining multiple orders into one package may significantly delay your refund.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Specifically:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions
  • Fabric items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from odours, stains, or signs of use
  • Items must be free from animal or human hair
  • Items must not be excessively handled or show signs of damage beyond normal inspection

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, offer replacement parts, a replacement item, or a full refund. Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Hygiene Items 

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used hygiene products, including potties and changing mats. Unused and unopened hygiene items may still be returned within the standard 30-day window.

Restocking Fee

In cases where items have been opened, parts have been removed from packaging, or packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to your refund. We will always notify you before applying this fee.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required to process all returns. We are unable to issue refunds without this.

Refund Timelines

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow:

  • Up to 7 working days for us to process your refund
  • Up to 24 hours for PayPal refunds to appear
  • Up to 5 working days for credit or debit card refunds to clear 

Shipping Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
