Affected Items: This only applies to playpens that have paper based stickers. No other batches or models are affected.

Whilst this product has been tested and fully approved to European and British safety standards, it has been identified that a small number of stickers may have been affected by a packing issue, resulting in creases on the sticker face.

Although the risk is low, and the number of units effected is very small we take product safety very seriously. Therefore we would like to provide any customer with paper based stickers a pack of new and improved stickers free of charge!

Venture Hush Bedside Crib - Safety Notice - April 2020

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING
Venture would like to alert customers who have previously purchased the Venture Hush bedside crib of a warning raised regarding construction and stability risk when the crib is in a standalone 
mode.
Customers using the Venture Hush Crib are advised to follow the correct installation method when using the bedside crib in a standalone mode.
FEET ADJUSTMENT


WARNING :
When constructing the bedside crib ensure the spring-loaded feet are set in their FULLY EXTENDED MODE
when using as a standalone crib, failure to do so could cause the crib to become unstable.
If you have an affected crib, please recheck the adjustable feet if being used in a standalone mode.
DROPSIDE

WARNING :
Please ensure that when re-attaching the dropside mechanism back to the frame, you hear an audible
'click' to indicate the mechanism is properly located and secure. Always check the stability of the
drop side after re-attaching.

Venture All Stars JOY Playpen - Safety Notice - July 2019

Venture would like to alert customers who have previously purchased the Venture All Stars JOY Playpen of an issue that has been raised in regards to the drawstring bag supplied with the product. Customers are advised to either remove the drawstring from the bag, or dispose of the bag entirely due to the risk of suffocation.

Venture are currently working on a new an improved bag, designed to alleviate any potential risks of suffocation.
