The playpen itself features a fun and colourful activity panel with a moving clockface and turning cog wheels, these act as a great learning tool and sensory toy that keep your little ones engaged. As the playpen is particularly large there's also plenty of room for your children's favourite toys to fit in the playpen with them!

Play mat tiles disintegrate

Nice play pen but the quality of the floor tiles is poor. We've only had it for 25 months and the tiles have started to disintegrate. Tiny bits of rubber / plastic come off which the kids then eat. As it is outside of the 24 month warranty period they won't replace them.

Venture duo playpen 155x155cm

The playpen is great, really sturdy and my 8 month old loves it, especially the toy panel. Giving 4 stars however as the alphabet cubes have a clear plastic protective film on them which is not obvious at all. I only knew about them because of an Amazon review. If you didn’t know about them and baby got hold of them they are a real choking hazard. They should have a printed film or be a bright colour to make it more obvious.

Unlike other grey playpens on the market, the DUO also comes with soft foam playmats. These mats really lift the overall colour of the pen and provide a two-tone style.

Yes, the playpen can be configured into whichever shape you like. Most of the time people tend to adopt the standard square shape. However, some people opt for rectangle shapes and sometimes remove panels to offer even more options. The mats provided are suited to fit perfectly when the playpen is set up as a square, however, if the shape is changed it can simply be placed on top of the mats.
Yes, the playpen is designed to remain stable on a number of different flooring types including carpet, laminate, tiled and more. Each of the playpen connecting pieces features a suction cup underneath that helps it cling to smooth surfaces, in addition, the corner pieces also have a rubber foot that helps keep it stable on flooring like carpets and rugs. However, each and every floor is different so we always advise you to consider your own circumstance.
